Dirk Murray-Palm – Business Psychologist and Director

 

Dirk Murray Palm at Salder Consulting Dirk is a practicing Business Psychologist with many years of experience in senior level talent assessment, design, coaching and facilitation experience. His professional background merges hands-on experience in the NHS with supporting organisations with talent recruitment and development as well as management skills, self-management and leadership training.

In the public sector, Dirk has worked with the Metropolitan Police London, Home Office, British Army, Financial Conduct Authority, several London boroughs and the NHS on leadership and talent identification processes.

In the private sector, he has worked for Saudi Aramco, Saudi Venture Capital Company (SVC), Vue International, Allianz Group, SIG, STARK Group, Trevor Perkins, Visa Europe, Philip Morris International, KPMG, Northern Trust, Pearson, HSBC, Essentra, ITG und Citibank among others. He has designed and facilitated learning events for academic, public sector as well as private sector clients, using face to face as well as digital technology to deliver the right solutions.

Dirk is a member of the Division of Occupational Psychology within the British Psychological Society (BPS), a member of the Association of Business Psychology (ABP) and is bilingual in German and English.

With over twenty-five years’ experience working in blue-chip companies, Tracy’s experience includes:  Comprehensive project management for leadership development programmes, on-site programme management, logistics and administration.
